When I first entered shop two staff were there,neither acknowledged me even though I was the only customer.l found some boots I liked but by then the staff had disappeared and when I eventually found one who was unpacking a box and asked if she could get me a different size she reluctantly went to have a look.when she came back she Very rudely told me that they didn't have that size and offered no other help.She made me feel like I was being a nuicense when she obviously had more important work to get on with. Very rude unwelcoming staff, I won't be shopping here again!
Took my 2 year old granddaughter to be measured fr new shoes. Excellent choice of styles and colours. The assistant was lovely. Very patient and friendly. My granddaughter chose her own Startrite shoes.

Shoes in window 19.99 what would you say when you ask for them and the staff say there not there 29.99 rude . I'm more than unhappy . Very rude red and black in window . Then said it's the blue one that's 19.99 not the red and the black ones . Fauls advertising.
