Good customer service and helpful staff however sometimes the stock is lacking. Poor choice of trainers.

I went for a pair of skechers ! I found a pair of black for work and bought them £45 which is a lot of money ! Only to find out when getting rid of box they were GENTS i was not happy cause im now walking around in mens shoes . Why wasnt i told this by the assistant . And on last visit i called in sunday and within minutes of walking into store i was asked if i needed help which i replied im just looking ! Then another assistant asked me couldnt believe it i walked out .
