This place does pleaser and alternative footwear for the more discerning buyer. Ring first and make an appointment . The staff are friendly and happy to help. She can get any boots you can think of. Go on website first choose what you want then arrange to go in to try on.

Absolutely terrible service. I have used this company many times in the past but will never use again. I placed an order on 21st February, received the automated email to say my order was received. I then had no contact till 6th March to say my order had been dispatched by royal mail on a 1-3 day service. I still have not received my order but what makes the whole situation worse is that the company does not respond to emails and nobody is answering the phone. I have called nearly everyday and since placing my order and the phone has not been answered once. It is an absolute disgrace that companies can get away with conducting business in such a manner. I would seriously advise against using this company, the products they allege to supply are available from many other stores online who undoubtedly will offer a much better service. Disgusting service from this store! Only a one star because you can't give zero!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Terrible service. Wish I'd scrolled down to read the other reviews as it seems others have had the exact same experience and been moved out of screenshot by suspiciously glowing reviews. No responses to emails, nobody answering the phone. I have since found the same items for cheaper on Amazon and available for next day delivery. Trying to get a refund because the items weren't even dispatched. Just appalling.

Since I am extremely pleased with the purchase of dance shoes in the Bananashoes online store, I recommend it to all women. Personal relationship with miss Natasha, who advised me on the choice of dance shoes, especially impressed me. Friendly, reliable, helpful and patient.! Excellent experience and great shoes!

Excellent customer service, quick to reply and handle situations. I have got reimbursed for a missing item within an hour of writing to them. Good merchandise quality as well.
