The sales area is logically laid out by brand, layout and price and all the caravans were open. We were able to browse without getting confused, feeling uncomfortable or under any pressure. When we found the caravan we liked we approached Howard who took the time to patiently explain the features and benefits of the particular caravan we were interested in. We were then left to spend as much time as we needed with our chosen caravan before deciding. Howard give us his mobile number in case he was not in the office should we want more information (what a good idea). Having decided to buy the caravan we contacted Howard met him in the office for a cup of tea and discussed a deal. We were happy with the part exchange and the deal was sweetened by the addition of a free motor mover. A hand over date was agreed and we left happy and content. Prior to our handover date our area suffered heavy snow resulting in workshop staff being unable to get to site and prepare our caravan by the arranged hand over date. We were contacted two days in advance to re arrange the handover a day later than planned which was not an issue. The handover was comprehensive everything was explained and all our questions answered. The items we had ordered from the shop were ready and waiting. We were helped to hitch up the lights and tow hitch etc were double checked and we were able to leave confident all was secure and working. The final payment and explanation of Swift Command was undertaken by David who was equally helpful and patient. He was later able to answer to my satisfaction a couple of minor questions over the phone. It takes a great deal of effort, knowledge and experience to be able to deliver the service we experienced we would recommend Wandahome South Cave without reservation.

Do not attempt to leave any kind of deposit with this company! My Nan who is in her 80’s has just gone through having a quadruple heart by pass which has been a rough ride for her I will add! Her partner decided he was going to try and get a new motor home as something for my Nan to look forward to, he went and left a £1000 deposit on one they both liked. 4 Days after he contacted them regarding the motor home to explain that it was no longer needed, As during the 4 days his father had been taken Ill into hospital multiple times. When attempting to speak with the manager this matter was not taken into consideration at all. This now leaves my nan and her partner £1000 down due to this company having no morals or kindness at all. This is a disgrace and each and everyone of them should feel ashamed of themselves. Not to mention the motor home that they put the deposit on has now magically gone down in price! DISGUSTING!!!! Please feel free to share as we do not want anyone going through this experience every again!!! The law is on Nans side ! Debbie Box the manager is happy to send everyone to trading standards as it's impossible for her to help ! Even though they are at fault an clearly not a care about others

Can’t fault the service when buying our new caravan. Dave (salesman at NCCS) was first class, extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy in the slightest. Service from Sophia (shop manager) has also been excellent. we are looking forward to staying at their campsite to collect the caravan later this year. Well done Wandahome and thank you .

Put a deposit on a used Motorhome here on 14 3 18 to try and give Pat something to look forward to after her quadruple heart bypass,Quite without warning my Father was taken into a Hospital released then taken straight back in.And now into a care home. Realizing how little time we would have to use the Motorhome i emailed Wanda home 18 3 18 to Cancel the order explaining quite clearly why. Having had no response to my email i rang 21 3 18 to check they had received it to be told it had been forwarded to Debbie Box the general Manager who would respond shortly. A week later having not had any response we decided to drop in after visiting my Father, called halfway there to check she was in arrived 10minutes later to be told she had left an hour earlier !!!! Ended up talking to a salesman with no compassion or any power to do anything anyway,He also said we should expect sn email. I cannot believe how poor the after service is and that they show no compassion at all

Very helpful,being new to caravanning we went to check about draining down for the winter. The lady at the service counter kindly went and got one of their engineers who took us to a similar van and went through the process with us. Far more useful than the handbook.
