My wife, 35 weeks pregnant, went to this Argos to collect an office chair. A disabled trolley was available by the till, which she was going to use to take it to her car, but she was told to get one from outside the shop instead. After explaining she didn’t have a trolley coin, my wife just ended up carrying it herself.nnNo assistance offered — very disappointing service and a clear lack of empathy.

Not even worth a rating but unfortunately you have to. to write a review my 13 year old went to buy himself a new phone with his Xmas money took it to his grandparents for his grandad to set it up for him to find the phone in the box was smashed to pieces and not even the correct phone to the one he payed for took it back to the shop to try and change it or get his money back for them to be very rude and tell him basically tuff nowt they can do you have left the shop he's upset he's lost his money and got no new phone been advised by the police to get trading standards involved hopefully it can be resolved and he has his money back or his new phone

Went to buy a kettle and chose one with a 20%-off-code; I tried to buy via the self service tills but the Code was only available at the person-to-person till. Steve, the Manager, was brilliant, offered his assistance and was super friendly. Excellent service, Argos should be very happy to have him on their staff. Thanks so much, Steve!

If I  could give zero I would!! I Went to return UNOPENED google ear buds to be then questioned by staff and they open the SEALED box treated like an utter criminal, I am disgusted by the staff two members of staff. The third member of staff at the desk looked so embarrased.
