I have been to this station many, many times, first time was 12 years ago, I absolutely loved it back then, recently the station has had improvements, the environment is great however the thing that REALLY set me off was the 2 workers in the shop. They had a really bad attitude, couldn't do basic tasks and couldn't even speak English (Seriously, in a such a central place like this?). Their job should require you to be able to speak English at the least if not fluently so if it ever comes up that a customer asks for directions they can respond back.

Der Busbahnhof bietet viele Möglichkeiten die unterschiedlichen Stadtteile von London zu erreichen. Der Busbahnhof ist übersichtlich gestaltet und verfügt über freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Einige Shops, Café Bar's machen den Aufenthalt angenehm.
