Walthamstow underground station, this is about two wonderful gentlemen at the underground station.nnMr Mark and French gentleman Mr.Mafeu who found my back pack in the train and returned to me.nnI traveled from king's cross to Walthamstow on 12 th evening around 10:30 pm by underground train and had two back pack ,one was missing, didn't realised till Mr Mark called me just after 10 min that I left the station.nnI had not realised that back pack with my all very very important documents wasn't with me ,nnOhh,,,, Mark and Mafeu were kind enough to search bit of my back pack and found my mobile number and call me .nnThat was the time I realised, they went an extramile and called getting my number ,otherwise I really don't know how to get all those very important stuff,they were life time collections,nnI really want to thank those two gentlemen for their honest work.nnThe train department must be very grateful to have such team members !!!!!!nThanks

Very unprofessional staff members. One of the team members made a mistake on my Oyster card and he reverses the payment back. It’s taken nearly 2 weeks and money still hasn't refunded into my account. I went on Monday the 28th June at 3:30 PM to ask if my money still will be coming to my account? The supervisor Mr Babi start shouting at me saying go away and very rude… Very unprofessional approach to customers. Can’t believe that this person is a supervisor of such hospitality. I hope after my review the management team will take any action regarding this.
I was over from Belfast and I must say I was impressed with the service TFL deliver here. I did not use the bus nor the Overground so I was using the victoria line tube service. Very frequent services to Brixton and central London. Nice station with helpful staff.
I used to use also Central Station quite a lot but I personally don't feel safe using it it as a disabled person I feel I'm not safe I would like more staff and police officers on the concourse and make all special for vulnerable people as disabled and elderly people to use the bus station safely especially after dark or later we need to feel safe re please have more staff on the concourse and like I say please
