A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. So lovely to wake up everyday and hear the birds. The owner Angela is very thoughtful and has always made us feel welcome. It really is a home from home. Log burner is great on a cold night and the kitchen is well equipped but best of all are the comfy beds! Highly recommended, well equipped cottage for the perfect ‘get away from it all’ , also lots to do locally.

Fabulous location. Really quiet, close to everything. Immaculate cottage, really well equipped. superb beds and glorious bathroom. We loved everything about the cottage and cannot wait to return, would recommend to anyone.Thank you.

Absolutely love this cottage - so cosy and in a fantastic location on the old High Street. I've stayed many times now and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The beds are extremely comfy and there's a fabulous large bathroom with roll-top bath. Angela is an excellent host - very friendly and so knowledgeable about the area. The coast-hopper bus is great for heading out along the coast and the walk to Holkham along the pinewoods is a must. When I'm there, I never want to leave!

Beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean + well-equipped cottage in the heart of Wells and walking distance of beach. Pretty courtyard garden for cuppa and aperitifs ....fab bathroom ! The Owner made us feel v welcome and was extremely helpful. A real find !! We will return.....

We stay at this beautiful cottage every year and have done for the past 9 years. It is so cosy, clean and in such a good location. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom with its beautiful bath is perfect for sinking into with a glass of fizz. Looking forward to our next visit this year. Thank you Angela x
