Agree with all the one star reviews, don't believe they could give anyone a good experience. Came to value my place and then tried to charge for a 'free valuation' what a joke! Known locally as particularly underhand

We used a total of three agents in a difficult market and for a flat with very specific requirements as to suitable tenants. Martin and Ross worked incredibly hard and found us tenants who fitted the bill, putting an end to a very worrying void

Extremely unprofessional, rude and dishonest.
They do not do any work done and are only after your money.
