I am not big on writing reviews! However, recently had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew James estate agents in Surbiton re sale of my property. They have a fantastic team and each and every one them, went out of their way to keep us informed throughout and resolve all the hiccups along the way. My wife and I can not thank them enough for their hard work. Just brilliant from start to finish!

Having had a failed attempt at selling our property previously due to a very bad experience with a previous agent we were extremely pleased with the service at Matthew James.   Matthew was extremely knowledgeable at the front end and gave great guidance re pricing and marketing the property.  Once we had a buyer , James was then an absolute professional chasing the process through with some thorny lease issues to be addressed and slightly over zealous solicitors in the mix.  All the guys in the office are great communicators, always ensuring we knew what was happening with potential buyer viewings and organising these in a considerate way. Messages/emails were always responded to in a timely way.  Having had the previous difficult experience of trying to sell, we were not looking forward to the whole process but we felt in very safe hands throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Matthew James and will only use them in the future when the time comes.
