(afternoon visit) Came in on a stag do at lunch time and the place was fairly empty. When we ordered, the lady behind the bar didn't automatically apply the £5 burger and a drink offer and we had to remind her of the offer (plastered, literally, everywhere in the pub) Food took ages, then one of the orders was "missed" and had to be reordered. Would have been 5 stars if not for the mishaps. £4 burger and a soft drink or £5 burger with a pint is AWESOME value and the quality of the food was very good.

I don't give them 5 stars juat because of one of the waitresses. As we can't go to smoke with any glasses they provide a table, where I left my FULL drink for less than 5 minutes and they took it... i asked her if she could do anything and she said: I'm sorry bit there is NOTHING that I can do for you. And also after that I went to order a drink with other waiter and she run to him to tell him what happened with me... like if I was going to complain. So I didn't buy any more drinks that day. I'm sorry for the customers that have the privilege to be served for her... Being empathetic is free girl!😉

Been here with my brother on his birthday 2 years ago - they had this amazing fishbowl cocktail for a whole group. It was really night. As for the menus - they have a great range of foods. It is like visiting Australia, but without the huge spiders there! But yeah, you'll feel like you're there.

A friend from Spain was visiting me so we decided to go out on the latin night. Got told we couldn’t get in because of his boots. We got back home, changed his shoes and when we got back there we got told we were liars and so we couldnt get it. Such bad management from the security guy with the hair pulled back. Won’t go back. Been there many times playing table tennis and enjoying a nice night out but won’t be giving them my money anymore. Imagine the image of the city my friend took back to spain... we were called liars although we didn’t even understand the reason why and when I spoke to the guy he checked my friends boots said it was fine but were never allowed in because we were liars...

I don’t know who hired this Dj , just thinking about the investment what was made in this club he is useless : he was killing the whole sound system, the treble and loudspeakers. After telling the dj that his monitors sound totally different from the club speakers his response was that he didn’t payed for the speakers. This review is written by a guy who spent 12grand for 2 speakers 1 amplifier 1 turntable so I know how should the speakers sound. You could not stay in the queue in to fill that your eardrums are blowing up from the over treble and loudness. I know that 99% of the people don’t care how they hear the music but after you spend so much money please and yes i beg you to choose the Dj.
