buy far this is the best charity shop that I have been in have visited the years their prices are very good as they're priced to sell staff very polite and helpful the shop layout is very large clean and well-managed there is also a delivery service available highly recommend if you're looking for a bargain and maybe something different from a charity shop

Really good charity shop with fantastic items at very low affordable prices

Went in there recently. There was a lovely array of items and I found a gorgeous skirt which I had to take home. Fantastic selection of books and classic dvds! As charity shopping is on the rise in popularity, it is crucial that this is acted upon. Will be visiting again in hopes of finding something unique and the money you spend is wholly supporting those who deserve a better quality of life.

Lovely selection of items but can't recommend the customer service after todays experience. Been there before a couple of times and had better experiences, so I guess it depends on who's in. However after todays visit I won't be returning.

Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this charity shop! The person I spoke to on the phone today was rude and unfriendly. Please do not forget that in addition to selling things for a good cause you also work with customers and customer service is one of the key to successful "business".
