Lovely guys in the store that obviously know their stuff and have a decent range of stock. I felt each time I went in there could have been an additional member of staff on duty, as the multi-tasking the staff need to do in order to serve all customers doesn't give the dedicated customer experience to each individual. They were let down twice by a supplier when ordering a bike for me.. something that unfortunately reflects on the store, although when the bike turned up it was spot on.

Bought 3 bikes from the shop for various family members. Great knowledgeable customer service and aftercare. Great to have a good local shop.

my dad suggested i buy a fat bike from this shop because i am bald and fat and he said that this shop are specialists in dealing with fat people.

Excellent. Very helpful, go above and beyond to give the best service and clearly extremely knowledgeable. Also open late evenings on Thursdays and daytime Sunday so I could have avoided the incompetence of a well known chain place if I'd realised beforehand!

Paid a visit earlier today and got my new chain fitted in seconds. Very friendly helpful staff and i would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favour and visit these guys first as you will save cash and receive better advice on what you are buying etc, rather than overpriced crap from certain companies (Halfords to name 1)
