CMC Motorcycles South Wales

My first experience with CMC; I'm a new rider and wanted to get my leathers ready for when I decided to buy a bike. I came to CMC through a word of mouth recommendation and was told to ask for Phil. I had no idea what I was looking for so I could have been easily persuaded to buy anything. Yet every product was explained regardless of price, just looking for the best fit for me. The service was that impressive I decided to buy a bike, which yet again exceeded expectations. The team in Newport CMC have a reputation for buying top quality bikes and it was delivered within 2 days including a new M.O.T and service. Thanks for all your help guys.

Excellent service from the clothing department at CMC today. I had a problem with some kit that I had purchased from CMC earlier in the year, it happens I phoned and spoke to Phil who put my mind at ease and asked me to pop it back in. The lady at the store was fantastic and helpful and my concerns were dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Well done CMC and once again thank you to you all. One happy customer😀.

I did my CBT this time last year and bought all my clothing kit and helmet from CMC in Newport. I was new to biking and the advice and support I had from day 1 has meant that I keep going back to CMC for all my biking needs. Nothing is too much trouble for Phil and the team in Newport and their advice and guidance has meant, since I passed my mod 2 in December last year, that my wife and I have enjoyed our biking experience in comfort and safety. The Newport team have put customer service first and foremost in the way they work with the result that everyone who walks into the shop has a relationship with someone in the team…. in these days of poor shopping experiences this is a joy to see. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for all my biking needs. If you’re thinking about starting to ride a bike then pop into the shop and talk to the guys there as they are passionate about all things biking.

Found myself stranded in Wales on a biking holiday yesterday after rear tyre blowout. Panicking I rang round & found the guys at CMC south Wales. They saved me & my mates holiday & their turnaround & quality of service was FANTASTIC plus, for a reasonable price. Awesome bunch, can't recommend enough. THANKS!!!

I would like to say a massive thank you to cmc for getting me out of big trouble yesterday. i.m off to donnington on Monday stripped my bike to put on a track day fairing and after that I couldn't start my bike. I was in a mess. went to see the guys at cmc who followed me to my house picked up my bike and fixed it within the hour. if it wasn't for these guys especially Adam i wouldn't be going anywhere tomorrow. Excellent customer service. would highly recommend this place.
