Phenomenal performance from Matthew!nI went in Friday morning very time sensitive as I needed to be back in work asap.nMatthew seen this and matched my speed.nPicked out a bike sorted the paperwork and done.  This was done in  less then 30 minutesnnI was told the bike wouldn’t be ready till Tuesday.nI picked the bike up the next day on the Saturday after the whole team down at cmc sorted all the things they needed too.nnI’m extremely happy with how this sale went and I’m even more so with how efficient it was!nnThank you much! Hello, today 03-04-24 I introduced another young family member to this Motorcycle showroom, service center & store.nThis place is one of my favourite sales showrooms. It has also got a great selection of kit to get a new and experienced rider stocked and good to go.nPredominantly a Yamaha sales center. CMC have a great selection of other bikes that may have been Part exchanged.nToday we were gifted with a first, my son a very keen rider himself got the chance to drool and sit on a Kawasaki H2R . Restricted to a top speed of 250mph! It is a feast for the eyes. You must go and see this machine. It is hard not to dream of owning it, even if like myself, it would never see that kind of speed.nnAnyway, back to the showroom, it has great access to the showroom area with bikes everywhere. But if you have mobility issues getting to the kit area requires the ascent of stairs to the upper area.nWell stocked with a very good selection of gear, bike ancillaries and maintenance fluids, I nearly always find what I need to keep my machine content.nnThe parking area is not the biggest, but it has a good rate of customer flow. So you may not spend long waiting to park. Toilets with disabled access or available in the lower showroom. The staff are cheerful and happy to help with any assistance one needs.nGive this one a look over and kit yourself out. It is a great store.nHave a good day, ride safe.nCMC Yamaha Centre gets a solid, 4½ -5  stars.

What a fabulous bike shop, my partner and I called in here yesterday as he has his bike test booked next month and was looking to purchase a few things.  Upstairs we had a guy called Phil and can I say what an amazing guy he was.  Wasn't all about the selling but the information he provided was second to none. His knowledge of helmets and products was great. We left with a helmet and will be returning to buy a bike and the rest of the kit in a few weeks. My children loved the shop. Especially my eldest whose name is harley! Not named after the bike though

Really struggled getting an MOT due to how busy all other places were until I booked it with CMC Newport. Sam was great and managed to fit me in with a few days. Took the bike there today and both Sam and the tester were great and ensured the bike had its mot and I was out the door within an hour. Great place and very very competitive prices! Finally found a great place to look after the bike. Thanks again guys

Bought my present bike from CMC and drove to the Newport branch to discuss a deal on my next one. Sadly couldn't do a deal as I feel that offering me a deal where they take my bike 11 grand forecourt value and an additional £2249, in exchange for a bike they're selling at 9 and a half grand is not a good deal for anybody but them. Assuming they would make similar margins on both bikes, I think that me asking for the 2249 to be closer to 1750 was still very good margins for CMC. Absolutely no negotiation on what would have been my second purchase and ongoing business. Penny wise, pound foolish unfortunately. I'd expect that CMC will go the same way as Carnells did and alienate enough return customers to impact the overall viability of the business. Shame really.
