Great place friendly staff, the one way system set up for covid is a bit strange,  weekends get busy

Great shop, lovely staff, easy to find what you need, has a convenient cafe for a quick coffee. All round decent shop. Some prices are questionable but you tend to be paying a bit more for quality.

It's not always stocked up these days and there's occasional queueing. The one way system is awkward but I guess it's for our safety. Some other shops have rejigged their aisles to make them wider and I prefer to use them rather than stick to a rigid one way system when I may only want one item. Fruit and veg is good quality.

Always good to have a wonder around and suss out the bargains in the wine section.

Lovely helpful staff. The checkout lady was actually from John Lewis, she was polite and nice to chat to. Humanised our shopping experience in these difficult times.

It's s busy - there's a queue to get in, but it is the week before Christmas. People are trying to social distance in store. The staff were controlling the numbers going in to the store and keeping the shelves well stocked.
