Used to travel through from Doncaster to buy my tea from the shop in the city centre, then again when it moved, and again up on Eccleshall Road. Must have been a customer for getting on 30 years now. To save the faff I decided to try ordering on the website for home delivery - you only need to order a modest amount to get free delivery. Order arrived within 48 hours, sealed in 'stay fresh' bags. So whether you visit the shop or buy online it's the same high quality loose tea, great choice, good prices and great service. Support a Yorkshire family business.
Best place to get loose leaf tea and freshly ground coffee in the area, with super knowledgeable staff.
I got an aeropress for my birthday and I wanted to find somewhere local to support rather than buy my coffee from a supermarket. I am so glad I found Pollard's. The coffee is delicious and so far my favourites are Puccini and Burundi. Ethiopian Mocha is up there too! Excellent quality and value for money. I would definitely recommend Pollard's.
Good range of tea leaves and coffee beans. Very knowledgeable about all things beverage. If you're going near Christmas, expect to queue behind people who don't know what they want!

Friendly Staff and nice selection of Coffee and Tea
So pleased to have found this shop. After losing the supply of coffee beans I had enjoyed for some time, I had to research a decent new variety. This led me to Pollards and, the most helpful Rachel. She gave me two varieties to try, one of which, was perfect for my taste. A top of the range shop.

Top Coffee for great prices. Go here if you want real good tasting coffee. You can buy beans or get it ground up onsite. as I live in Manchester I always make a special trip to get my coffee from here. Or order from there online store!! The owner is a lovely lady who knows her stuff.
