I think Atkinsons is my favourite go to shop for my luxury Christmas goodies, and their nuts, seeds and spices selection is fab! I spend a bit of time coveting their unique and quirky furniture and furnishings, items in their kitchen range, and browse their luxury gift selections for original ideas.
I bought a kitchen bin and was travelling home by public transport, the young woman who served me was so helpful. The bin wasn't boxed so she covered it and then made a handle for me to carry it with, so good and nothing was too much trouble. Top customer service, very grateful, made the journey home easy.
Staff always very helpful. As.an independent store it has a variety of different brands at reasonable prices. It's a 'go to store'for me!
Always THE place for something special, like a memento for a special anniversary.

Always full of lovely things at good prices. The toilets are a bit crazy tho. Only 3 out of 8 available to use in the ladies and when I visited two were dirty. The other had a wobbly seat Need checking a bit more often.

I have always enjoyed a brouse round this store, looking at all the gifts. I spent a small fortune today on a sheep garland grandchild on the way, cards, reusable bag ond more! It's a family shop and employs lots of staff. Winner in my book!
