Lovely shop with some great staff overall, plenty of products for sale and great to have a walk around to get inspired. They also have a restaurant / cafe, a little pricey I would say however a nice place. The staff at customer services are also really helpful and do what they can to help.

A well know store of quality goods. Some great Christmas ideas and loads of opportunities for present buying when you need something extra special for an important person in your life. Just bought a pack of new lights for our tree to replace some old style lights that were really cumbersome in comparison.

Just purchased another electronic gadget from John Lewis,I always use them as they are reliable and offer better guarantees than anyone else.I highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing place to shop for your exclusive collection. Widely divided among 4 floors with spacious set up for each section.Do check out the Christmas Decorations it's worth it.

Always loved the service in John Lewis but I think now it has lost its way staff couldn't be bothered if they helped you or not the men's uniform is not very smart don't know if they are staff or workmen. Very dissapointed.
