Great cafe, with a great value and tasty menu. Good parking, which most supermarkets do not have. The best post office in Nottingham I've ever been to, very fast and polite. Food is good value for money, you also get free coffee and paper for qualified transactions. However sometimes there are stock issues with a lot of ranges, resulting in me shopping elsewhere or coming back another time. A very small number of staff members can be rude and lazy, in particular customer service, security and store managers. Waitrose have really turned this location around, which used to be a Co-Op no one really went to. A testament to the Waitrose brand, which is sometimes let down by the staff in store in regards to attitude and lack of stock on the shelves, which is a great shame.

Well appointed well stocked and clean Waitrose convenience store in the centre of Nottingham. Good range of products and the usual bakery, fresh salads and vegetables and now they are almost completely self service tills a very fast throughput if you are in a hurry. The store is all on one level and accessible to the street so easy for disabled access.

This store was a CO-OP supermarket a few years back but Waitrose took it over and refurbished it. There's a Post Office (its at the far end of the checkout behind wall) if the store is open the Post Office is usually open. There's s great range of food and general none food items. There's deli and fish counter too, located at the back if the store. The prices aren't to bad when you buy the many offers. Cafe is bigger than was when it was a CO-OP. Can be very busy and this in turn makes service very slow on occasion. Excellent service from Watrose staff. Car park quite large with disabled badge holders parking too. Petrol station: This was open until sometime in November 2017 when a banner was put up and showed it would reopen in the new year. To date mid Feb 2018 there's no sign of it reopening.

My wife and I love shopping there And we love to have coffee and food there. It's a lovely friendly place and the staff are very helpfull and very friendly and always remember you by name. Waitrose is the best John

Great quality slightly more expensive but you are always guaranteed to get the best quality. Cafe really good above all else staff are brilliant and all very knowledgeable about the products
