Tesco Extra

A very old staff lady at the self check out humiliated me when I been there with my 2 child. She said I can't take 2 free fruits because she just seen 1 child with me. Then I told her, I have two. They are out there at the seats. Then she's gone away. A few moments later she came back, and said, I only allow to give them free fruit, if they eat it in the store while I'm shopping. I said okay I leave them here. It's funny, because I used to see teenagers, who take 3-4 pieces with them, put them in the pockets, and even adults, who are peeling clementine, and eating it at the free fruit stand and she's treating me like this? It was very humiliating. All the people been looking around us.

Been here today twice and was felt welcome to the store. Went and bought myself some ingredients for my dinner, reasonably priced I must add. Excellent staff, always smiling and ready to help when I was struggling on the self-service checkouts. Overall, a great shopping experience. 👍🏼

Definitely not deserving of the designation of 'Tesco Extra'. Often lacking basic foodstuffs and common/popular brands and with a terrible layout compared to most supermarkets. Only good thing is the location and resulting public transport access.

Nicely spread out, which makes it a much more pleasant place to visit than most other supermarkets. Lots of car parking too.

Generally first class super store. Please keep cafe open longer. Could only get a flipping panini. Tasty but only a stopgap. I adore supermarket cafes and not doing mains after four is annoying imo. Lovely lady who served. Huge store. Wow!
