Waitrose is typically a peaceful shopping experience. Wellington does not meet the Waitrose standard. Whilst I haven't experienced any of the shopping assistants to be rude, they are over-worked, stressed and under-staffed. The shop is too small, the parking is very limited. The items often run out. It feels like Waitrose have neglected this store completely. And I have to agree with other reviewers, better off shopping elsewhere be that the larger Waitrose or a competitor. A real shame. I hope Waitrose give the shop the love is needs.

A small version of what is known in the trade as a very good supermarket.
A very good but Ltd choice of commodities. Since being built this supermarket has caused quite severe congestion in the town of Wellington, and I'm busy days it is quite congested in and around the supermarket itself.
