Absolutely awful, ordered 2 boxes of mince pies with my riverford box, and the mince pies had a soggy look to them, the outside of the packaging was wet, I took a bite and spat it out. They tasted like petrol, I am not sure how, but there must of been a canister of petrol that leaked on to it. I am paying good money for the service and food, so the absolute least the company could do is ensure that the food doesn't get spoilt whilst in transit. God knows what the other produce tastes like now.

Tasty, healthy organic vegetables delivered weekly to my door plus fruit, milk, cheese and meat.  I like that Riverford won the RSPCA responsible food award and that none of their food has any pesticides anywhere near it!
