Visited warminster waitrose today.2-3pm.nHalf the lights were off on purpose it appears talking to staff the weather outside was wet and windy .not enough light inside the store making it very gloomy. Also the heating did not appear to be on, so it was cold also .Not a good shopping experience.please waitrose think about the customers shopping experience , not good..
Easy parking, helpful staff. Fair range of stock. Like all supermarkets, depressingly high prices. Ludicrously so in many cases.
They had the french butter we like, bit pricey as you'd expect at Waitrose.
Great store selling everything I needed for my trip away, with a lovely looking cafe & that also has a good sized carpark outside, can't wait to return & the staff seem to be very nice.
Thank you for reply to my review .However today I am sitting in the Gillingham Branch of waitrose with all the lights on and it's toasty warm .Fortunately I live between the 2 stores .
