6 minutes from the local premier Inn. 1 hour 2 minutes from the Bristol city, 14 minutes from the memorial theatre and 7 minutes from the Frome community hospital. This Asda ideally located for a trip to what you need to complete. There is plenty of parking available, George is available as always but Christmas selection for the guys is not that great. I found the store did have any colour to it when I walked around. Very spacious but the layout could be better, who cares about an air fryer as you walking in. Where is the Christmas products at the front. Click and collect available at this store
Massive car park. Toilets available. Customer service counter. Kiosk. Self scan tills. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Clothes section. Toy section. Good store layout. Wide aisles to walk through. Pizza counter. Hot chicken counter. Vegetables are fresh and last a long time. Freezer section is good.
I experienced poor customer service way back in January; flagged this in store, staff not helpfull lost what to do. Hence, submitted complaint to H/O Leeds but, guess what? Still no response in person. Having been a regular customer so disappointed, currently using Sainsbury and Lidl great staff and helpful! REF: complaint numbers = 230102-000059 - 230117-006250

Plenty of parking Staff friendly did have a cafe but Asda got rid it has plenty of parking so why can't Asda put EV charging in like Tesco's. Not enough boys baby clothes plenty for little girls. So Asda bring back the coffee shop and put some EV Charging facilities in
Youngest female security officer at the shop is most intimidating. She told me I was banned from the shop for trying to go back in to get forgotten cigarettes 3 minutes before store closure with not a single shopper in line at the time. Just been down there. The queue is from the first till, to right around the corner, as there is one person on the till.With the obscene profits they make, you would think they would have all the tills manned. Still I hope they enjoyed putting all my stuff back. Sainsbury have now got a new customer.
This is a big Asda with clothing, homeward and food which also includes a pizza counter and sushi bar. There is also a petrol station attached to the store. Plenty of parking and staff always helpful. No electric car charging
Run if the mill ASDA store..friendly helpful staff and shelves always well stocked..plenty parking
Useless staff, looked like they didn't want to be there. Took forever at checkouts after shop as you go didn't work. Terrible experience and never again
