Saturday 24th February 2018 at approx 10am. Checkout was in chaos. Only three checkouts open, queues of at least three people at each checkout. eight people trying to use the electronic checkouts, five people queuing at the basket only. Unable to move at that end of the shop, staff management slow to open more checkouts, shortage of staff? You shop at the more expensive Waitrose for quality service as well as better products. Either improve this or I'm off to Aldi.

Convenient location and the prices on a lot of their products are pretty much the same as other retailers now. Some of the customers however will look down their noses at you if you don't dress smartly for your visit.

Always seem to get great genuine service on my visits here. Very rare to come by nowadays.

Very unhappy with Waitrose. Their magazine focuses on the importance of avoiding food waste when the in-store sushi bar throws away all stock that is not bought at end of day. The sushi outlet is a separate franchise that will not offer discounted food or give to local food banks. Waitrose allows this terrible waste to go on on their stores whilst saying food waste is unacceptable what hippocracy!
