Staff as nature made them...some great, some ok, some no comment! Management seems pretty lax - obvious improvements in simple things like where the baskets are placed taking forever to settle, and even then they don't settle in the best place - and stocking these days is pretty poor too.

Good range of products but it's not a very welcoming store. The guard on the door always looks on edge, you don't want to spend too long by the produce as he will be starting at you the whole time! It's also usually quite messy, the facing up doesn't get done and they start their night fill too early sometimes as they just chuck the stock all over the floor and leave the rubbish lying around. I never go here through choice.

Always immediately made to feel uncomfortable by the security guard that just glares at you as you walk through the door. Look back a minute or two later, yep he's still staring! Stick with Sainsburys or Waitrose where you're treated like a customer not a criminal.

Nice staff. But it's not one of there big ones, it's quite out of date and has lack of choice. Dursley Tesco is better

Always friendly staff, though at times could need a few more when help is needed. Newly refurbished which is really nice.
