Store clean and tidy. No staff in the canteen. Good selection of basic stationery. Only sell the thicker plastic bags at 10p a go!! So rating at mediocre as some things are good and some things could be improved.

Very  nice welcoming staff.
The food is what you should expect in an eatry of this sort.
It was good well presented hot and enjoyable.

Clean and tidy store. Staff are friendly. Lots of parking space..one of the best Tescos in Gloucester..

Hated Tescos at first for building here but have learned to love their online grocery delivery service. Am getting to know some of the cashiers and I love the smartly dressed guy who mans the self service. Always helpful and so polite. Finally love the  Cafe!

Need wellies for gents toilet - 2 urinals leaking water, other one doesn't flush properly. One hand dryer broken with old note on it - ie they don't care. Told Customer Services - got blank stare and grunt back. Quite hopeless.
