Disappointed in your Cheltenham food delivery folks, i have had numerous deliveries in the past, and was always happy with all the blokes that did the delivery, the rest however they don't seem very happyndoing their jobs and have a certain expectation of how to be treated, some might say full of entitlement. it's simple, if one doesn't like one's job, just switch or quit, the customer should not have to bear the brunt of your attitude. The manager responsible should probably arrange some refresher courses on customer service.
Cafe is one of the best I have seen in a supper store, a lovely little book swap. Clean interior and the package less goods area was superb. Had a lovely pleasant conversation with a lady on checkouts.
Always getting harrased at self checkout by staff, accusing me of not paying for a bag. Told agreessivly on September 3rd at 8 pm, 'you have to pay for those, show me the receipt'. I already paid for the bag, clearly shows on the large screen what I've put throught the till.
The person or team is charge of managing stock need sacking. Every time I go there are multiple things out of stock. This should be basic for a supermarket to get right.
Great shop for all your needs. Great selection of plastic free refills, great butchers and fishmongers with easy parking close to Cheltenham town centre
