Good food, good wine especially when they have the 25% reduction when you buy six. Polite staff and a good atmosphere throughout the store. Just wish they hadn't gone down the self checkout route though. I do not use them on principle, no human contact. Overall a good shopping experience.
One till open out of potentially only four and pretty much all the rest of the area overrun with self service. The queue for the only available cashier was reminiscent of CoVid days. I have been going here for a quarter of a century. Today was my last. Even the nectar scanner was out of order.
Clean, tidy, well organised, lots of choice from a wide range of products, great prices and, most importantly, the staff are courteous and helpful. In summary, an excellent store in every way.
Good staff, clean site. However this Nectar system really grinds my gears. How can you have basic items like toothpaste at £5 but available for Nectar members for £2.50. If it was one type fair enough but nearly every single type and every single brand. Nectar was all about small savings but now it feels like you have to do it otherwise you’re getting ripped off! Can’t be many places selling Colgate for £5
My local, great value, ample parking, really friendly staff, efficient service. Vape/Meal Deal counter can have long queues during lunch hours.
