Racist employees. It is better to go to the one on Angel Row or the Sainsbury's 2 mins away. If you can't deal with people of different races then don't work somewhere where you will meet people of all kinds.

Been three times at 6am with a few minutes to catch the bus and they haven't been ready to serve customers for a while. Opening times shouldn't really be from 6 if they can't start trading until later

This place is infuriating at lunch times. Unruly queue, people not having their card ready at checkout despite a good 5 mins in line. Club Cards people insist on using, which slow everyone down. If you have to get back to work or are hungry then it's just double pain. It's the price you pay for not bothering to bring in lunch but that's the modern world and places like this just make you want to quit the rat race for a cave.

I love the fact that they open from 6 in morning. The coffee machine was not working when I visited them, and they did not bother to do anything.
