Your staff seems to be adamant I need to scan my reusable bags before i start scanning my groceries, whereas i prefer to enter the nr of bags used at the end of transaction. I understand they want the bags scanned at the start to avoid the alarms going off by putting an unscanned bag in the bagging area. I tend to avoid this by choosing the use your own bag button. I used to scan my bags first, but that seemed to play havoc when I scanned my groceries, kept asking me to wait for assistance. Was told again today by one of your staff to scan my bag, didn't seem to like it when i said i was adding the bag at the end. I spend quite a bit of money in your shop every week, so can I please decide when I enter my bags?
Always a pleasure doing a quick stop here. Good produce & variety for it's size & helpful staff .
Store not really up to standard in my opinion having got used to Petersfield. Some items of vegetables out of reach on the top shelf because they’re in a box or tray. On a shelf they would’ve been okay but in a high sided green crate not possible to get garlic out for example. The meat very difficult to understand the pricing because they little stand with the ticket is actually tucked under the piece of meat above it which gives the wrong information to a customer.nnThere were four tills and only one of them manned which makes much longer Wait than a normal Waitrose shop. No explanation of why I can’t buy herring rose which are normally frozen and just cut off the block. Disappointing.nnI don’t think I will be going back there in a hurry.
Good range of groceries and household goods available. Ample parking space available close by. Helpful friendly staff. It would help to have some sign posts from the main road specifically for people visiting the place for the first time.
Very nice shop I thought they were trying to reduce there prices to keep u with the compation , I brought some bits but a card was £4.50 shocking better off getting cards from Asda ...
