This was one of the worst online grocery experiences I’ve had. Half of my order was substituted with completely different products, and the substitutions made no sense.nnThe biggest issue is that the app let me select and pay for the items I actually wanted, then decided to replace them without asking for my approval first. There was no way to contact anyone in the evening to refuse the substitutions or get help. I even messaged the driver, who completely ignored my messages.nnSome of the substitutions were honestly ridiculous. I ordered brown rice and received white rice instead. There is a reason people choose brown rice. I’m diabetic and I can’t eat white rice. If the original brand wasn’t available, at least send a different brand of brown rice, not a completely different product.nnI also ordered a GoPro berries flavour product and was sent banana flavour instead, despite the fact that I’m allergic to bananas.nnAnother example was ordering ready-to-eat chilled corn on the cob, only to receive raw corn. I specifically ordered the cooked version because I don’t even have a stove to cook raw corn.nnThese aren’t reasonable substitutions—they’re completely different products that don’t meet dietary requirements, allergy needs, or even basic practicality. Customers should always be asked before such significant substitutions are made. I won’t be ordering from this supermarket again.
Recently I have noticed that Morrisons Southwood has been very well stocked. Nice to see the shelves full. Overall appearance of the store has much improved. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have a gluten intolerance, which is not a choice, it's a lifelong medical condition. The free from selection is satisfactory on the shelves, but the frozen section could be better.nnThe cafe is a welcome place to sit and have a hot snack and drink, but there is not a great choice of gluten free items. All in all, a good supermarket for individual and family shopping.
Jean and Season G in the Oven Fresh department at Morrisons Aldershot are always friendly, polite, and willing to help. If a product has sold out, they are happy to assist and always do so with a smile. Their excellent customer service is much appreciated. Thank you!
We’ve been living “just around the corner” from Morrisons for almost 10 years, and we shop there every single day The staff are always kind, helpful, and hardworking, the cashiers are lovely and friendly, and the security guards welcoming everyone with a smile from afar truly make a difference It’s rare these days to find a shop with such a warm and positive atmosphere. Thank you for making everyday shopping feel so pleasant
Excellent superstore with everything you need for a big shop. Their are customer toilets and a great cafe with a good range of foods.nThere's a Costa express machine for Costa lovers and multistorey carparking and a morrisons petrol station
