I am a regular customer and in my view this store has gone markedly downhill recently.  Friends have made similar comments. The shelves are often empty and items seem to be out of stock for weeks so I am hardly ever able to get everything on my shopping list.  The regular staff are lovely - pleasant and helpful - but the management need to pull their socks up. At the moment they are charging first rate prices for a third rate experience.  Unacceptable!

Thought selection was very wide and  fairly priced. Please with this being my local super market.

Staff always very friendly and helpful. Store going through slight revamp so certain lines are moving around to keep you on your toes. The sushi bar is arriving in Esher following the success at the Surbiton store.
