A fantastic shop with incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff. We went in as two musically clueless parents and our son's out of tune cello and got an informative and useful tuning lesson! The shop is full of musical instruments, books and tools and the staff are very approachable and well informed. Would definitely recommend this shop to any music lovers!

Rented a French horn for 3 years (a stupid idea, granted) and paid double the price of the horn’svalue over that time. Went in to enquire in the shop and was met by a fairly aggressive employee who said we could only get 3 months rentla off of the cost of the horn - 48 pounds, so he expected us to pay 280 pounds ontop of the near 600 pounds spent on rent .
