Early days, but we were pleased with the pre-sales and ordering services from Esher Fireplaces. Questions got answered in a straightforward manner, and there was a complete absence of any pressure selling. After ordering I was kept informed when the manufacturer delayed delivery by a week. Esher Fireplaces contract out installation and the installers worked non-stop on the day. The customer is left to carry out detailed final finishing of the newly plastered area around the fire. Currently there are two issues (installation & administrative) and one technical query to resolve and I am waiting for responses on these.

One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have had (this from a real non-shopper). We had a very relaxed chat in the showroom that resulted in our placing an order there and then. The survey took place later that evening - again quick and easy. The installation then took place as scheduled with a very professional and personable team, who took pride in what they were doing. Result = terrific.

Excellent service. Paul & his staff gave really good advice & input, & really helped us decide what type of fireplace to go to . There was a distinct absence of 'selling' & we felt extremely happy with every stage of the purchase & installation. I would highly recommend Paul & his team at Esher Fireplaces.
