Not a nice place at all as told wanted to check head office because some of the old games I wanted to buy were same. Requested I.D too...for reasons known to them as it was clearly not an age issue. Had to leave as got tired of waiting for 'email' to be replied to from head office on a weekend.

I’m fuming. Sold four games and left the shop. About two hours later when I go to get the money I find that the lady who served me has given me a five pound note instead of a twenty. I didn’t check as I got a few notes back and trusted the lady. I’ve learned my lesson.

I brought 2 games from you. One game my brother brought for me for Christmas, Which BROKE my PS3, gave it YLOD. (Assassins Creed 2 Ezio Collection PS3) The second game, Call Of Duty Ghosts on PS4, I brought for my brother on his 21ST Birthday, errored, got stuck in his console, and gave the PS4 coding (like a PC) Then had chinese/Japanese text. It's a good thing his PS4 isn't broken, UNLIKE MY PS3! Which had over £400 pounds worth of DLC including RARE DLC. I'll be in your store TOMORROW getting my money back. When I brought Call Of Duty Ghosts PS4, one of your workers told me you have a policy of TESTING EVERY DISC, I doubt you tested my PS3 game, and ghosts. :)
