Google should not allow the insulting ('educationally subnormal') comment to remain. The Sainsbury's staff, particularly the young, are always very helpful, cheerful land polite even though, no doubt, they work long hours (notice they are working on New Year's Day) for low pay. They seem extremely intelligent to me. Also this person uses the term 'educationally subnormal' as an insult. This is also insulting to those who may be of lower intelligence through no fault of their own. This person may be intelligent but sounds a rather unpleasant person.

Higher prices than usual stores but good if you need items quickly

Open until 11pm. OK for general supermarket goods, last minute buys for things you forgot at Waitrose, and emergency 10pm chocolate cravings. BUT and it is a big BUT the staff are educationally sub-normal and grumpy. It's like hell on earth in there sometimes. Also the staff are too lazy or too dumb to serve you at the till, and point you over to the automated tills, as they cannot be bothered to rouse themselves from their bored stupor.
