They do not deserve 1 star, staff are very dispondent, don't really care, we took a phone in for repairs 2 weeks ago and the repair centre haven't even received it yet, staff were supposed to call me Wednesday just gone with an update, have tried calling 6 times with no answer, so yet another trip up their for them to not even care! Spoke to the assistant manager who changed the story 3 times before saying they had only sent off a few days before we had gone in, they had the phone for 11 days before sending off! It's an awful reputation for ee, when their call agents are nothing but amazing! But shop staff are terrible!

No free parking or valuation for customers, had to get phone repaired a second time as the job was not done properly. Terrible pricing on contracts, extortionate!
