Our initial impression of the store was positive as they had a great selection of fish, however this turned to disappointment when trying to buy vegetables to go with the planned meal.  The store stocks a truely dismal range of fruits and vegetables.

More frustration at the till where we queued for about 30 minutes to check out.  The store was not that busy but there was definitely insufficient staff working and those that were gave the impression of being disinterested and they were very slow at their jobs.

Purchased cote de boeuf to eat over the Christmas period on 22nd December whilst away. When we arrived at our cottage was amazed to see the use by date was 22nd the same day I purchased. Complained to Waitrose customer service who were completely disinterested. Won’t be using Waitrose ever again..

It doesn’t matter what time of day never enough staff on the tills, what’s all the fuss about Waitrose- I’d rather go to Morrissons next door.
