"A British chain of supermarkets, specialising in fresh organic produce and quality groceries including own-brand items. At Waitrose & Partners Chesham, it is the people who make the difference. Visit our website or your local branch to explore a world of fine food and drinks, household staples and toiletries."
Long term customer of this branch but recently standards have started to slip. Staff can be quite rude when dealing with simple issues. Was told I was underage for alcohol despite having facial hair and my car keys visible. Member of staff present was abrasive and harsh. I mean, what 16 year olds are driving themselves to Waitrose. Retraining should be required around Challenge 25. Embarrassing for Waitrose staff. This is not the only time I have been met with generally rude or standoff staff in this branch either. Berkhamsted is much more pleasant.
Amazing customer service !!nI was in the store Saturday morning around 8 am 18/5/24 I'd just finshed purchasing my shopping and went to grab a coffee unfortunately they had ran out of oat milk satchets . The guy with dark hair putting out the produce on the vegetable section very kindly went and got a carton of oat milk off the shelf even asked my preference. His kindness and thoughtfulness made my day !!
Positioned behind the main High Street, this store benefits from free parking for customers. The car park is quite large and level. It is on the other side of the road from the store, which means if you have a trolley it's an uphill push on the way back.nnThere is a small car park on the same level as the entrance, and this has disabled parking too.nnThe store entrance is quite narrow, but once inside aisles are well laid out and spacious.nnWaitrose products are more expensive than other supermarket brands, which is reflected in the high quality of the food.nnThe store is popular locally and queueing at the checkout is not unusual. New self service checkouts have been installed with a member staff on hand to assist. Great if you only have a few items or want a quick get away.nnStaff are friendly and helpful and many have worked here for quite a while.nnA pleasant place to shop.
What a gem. The staff here are a credit to Waitrose. The store is a little on the small size but never particularly busy so the overall experience is quite pleasant. The outside of the building could do with a little smartening up, the glass canopy at the front and alley to the side for example. Very well stocked and clean/tidy. Really handy location. Very nice indeed.
Was surprised at how big it was. Very friendly staff and a lot on offer.
