This is our local superstore. Been here a few times. It’s hard to review a Tesco because it is a very functional part of life. That said, Clair 2017, was great on the checkout. Thank you for treating customers so well.
Shout out to the Click&Collect Team, the pickers and collection team! I rarely have any substitution or unavailable items, fruit&veg are fresh and poultry hygienically wrapped. Collection team remembers regular customers a treat in times of self checkouts and their preferences, they are always polite and quick.nThe Click&Collect service makes my weekly shop so much more convenient. Thanks to everyone involved!!
Asian staff are always checking if you're trying to steal anything before taking the tag off because they're not paying any attention to what's going on at the self service tills. Making you feel like your stealing.. pretty racist
This is an “okay” store that’s pretty much got most things you’ll require for your weekly/monthly shop but not as large as the other Tesco Superstore in Aylesbury, so things like clothing lines appear to be reduced.nWhilst not that old, it does feel like it needs updating.nCar park seems large enough. Petrol station on-site along with a Costa, Timpson, cash points etc.nDuring my visit I required the toilet, however both were in an unsightly and unusable state.nEnsure you lock your car/van as I noticed some quite undesirable folk knocking around the far end outside the store.
So I shop here often and the store has a good stock which I appreciate. I'm giving a 5, star rating because I lost my wallet here and didn't know. The next day when I was frantically looking about for it I decided to retrace my steps. Fortunately for me the Staff had found my wallet and kept it secure. I was so grateful I offered to buy something for the staff but they employees said they were just happy to help. I do intent to come back and try figure out who handed it in so I can get them something nice because I am very very appreciative! Saved me a lot of hassle : thanks everyone
