Hardly anything on the shelves for weeks now. I am not sure what is happening at this store. Very disappointing. I won't be shopping there anymore.
Very clean inside and the staff were friendly and polite
E5 petrol is relatively expensive at this Shell prtrol station, compared to other local suppliers. Decent selection of essentials and snacks alike at this reasonably sized petrol station shop.
Some of the staff here are just plain rude.nnHad a horrible experience about 12 months ago with someone with a really terrible attitude.The coffee machine was not working so I asked if I could have a note on my receipt to get my free when you spent £30 on fuel coffee next time. She pulled a face and said no. I asked what the problem was and she said 'its a VERY strange request'nnToday I picked up a couple of cheese straws. There was only three left and I didn't touch anything except what I picked up.nnWhen I took them to the till Georgina said 'did you not see the tongs??'nnWhen I said yes, but I didn't touch anything except what I picked up. She pulled a face and said 'well...'nnAfter a difficult day it was the last thing I needed
Horrendously rude and moody staff every morning! They don’t make you feel welcome, never a smile, never are hello how are you. One member of staff literally snatches item out of your hand and then throws them back at you. There is always something broken. If it’s not both coffee machines then it’s the fridges in the store and then in the back room that take forever to be fixed. If it wasn’t so local and handy I would never ever come back.nThere is a couple of members of staff that are fantastic but unfortunately that’s just not good enough.
