Short wait to be seated, but very busy, so understandable and a good sign, as popular. Lovely food, food comes out as and when it's ready. Only downfall is we got most of our food, before our drinks. Mind the stairs up to the toilet facilities, as covered in grease, so hold on to the bannisters, or you'll split your difference!!Food: 5/5
Came for a quick dinner before heading to The Forum. Service was great and we were seated right away. Olivia was very attentive and made sure our order was correct and we had all the information we needed to use the payment QR code. For starters we had the prawn kushiyaki and chicken yakitori. Both were very good, but a bit expensive for what you get. For mains we had yaki soba and the duck hiyashi bowl. Both were delicious and felt quite light but still filled us up. The tofu and edamame guac in the hiyashi bowl was a particular highlight. I also had an Asahi and my partner the Hawkes cider. A little pricey but well worth it as it went with the meal. Good vibe in the restaurant too as it was fairly spacious and well lit.
Good chain restaurant with quick efficient service and nice varied menu to suit all palettes... Quite busy most days but good for a quick bite to eat!
Just had the best food here. Mo was brilliant, she was so helpful and made us feel really welcome. She helped us select our meals, and her choices were perfect. We had a great time. I highly recommend eating here

It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten!!! They had a whole vegan menu. Normally I can only choose from a few options but there were so many!! The service was quick and the food tasted divine! I will definitely be returning!!!!

I recently dined at Wagamama's and was blown away by the delicious food and friendly service. The standout dish for me was the amazing smoked chocolate cake. The only downside was that the alcohol was a bit on the pricey side. At first, I was a bit confused about the seating arrangement - there are two sections to the restaurant, but they seemed to cram everyone into one half instead of spreading people out. However, on a recent revisit, I noticed a big improvement in the way they distribute diners. They now utilize both halves of the restaurant much better, giving diners more space. The smoked chocolate cake is still just as amazing, and the staff are as friendly as ever. I even got to join in on singing "Happy Birthday" to a celebratory table. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. If you get the chance, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant! Vegetarian options: Wagamama's has a fantastic selection of options for vegetarians and vegans. They use alternative protein in many of their menu items, and the standout dish is the delicious Sticky Vegan Ribs. I highly recommend giving them a try! Dietary restrictions: Wagamama's offers a gluten-free menu for those with gluten sensitivities.
Very friendly and helpful staff, cosy and cheerful/ lively atmosphere, food as always great! Never been there before but will come more often now.
We went there for lunch on Sunday. Ordered one cod ramen and one cod soba. Shortly after the waiter came and ask us how our food was. I told them my bak choy was undercooked. He offer to take it away & replace it. I said since I'm almost finished it's not necessary. The waiter came back with his manager and I explain the situation. He offer to give us a free vegetable sides on the house. That was really nice & unexpected. Overall the food is o.k, service is excellent. Because it's fast casual food, I can tell food are all pre-cooked except the garnish veg,it just lack the delicacy I expect from authentic Japanese restaurant
