Always a very good breakfast at the Tunbridge Wells Carluccio's. Service was fast and efficient. The vegetarian Magnifica breakfast was delicious.

I've enjoyed great anti-pasti here in the past but this time there were mix-ups, long waits and the food was at best bland. It is not what I've come to expect from Carluccios and with so much choice on the High Street I can't see us rushing back. The staff were friendly and helpful, the decor good and restaurant clean. The pasta sauce lacked depth and punch. My broth was very bland and my chicken lacked seasoning. Who combines lemon, peach and grapefruit in an iced tea? One or the other will be more popular.

My wife and daughter had Lunch here on New Year’s Eve. The waiter was abrupt and in a hurry to have the table. My six year old daughter lost a treasured doll when the table was cleared , the manager called John was deeply unhelpful and refused to look for the item. Instead threatened to call the police and reduced my daughter and wife to tears. Vile man who should be ashamed of himself. Not child friendly at all. I would think twice before taking children here. Terrible place
