Very nice food with great service. Such a lovely restaurant with a great spiral staircase. The food was delicious and didn't take long to arrive. A great selection of drinks too which made for a lovely meal.

Very popular but still found us a table. Food was good and service was quick.

Would have put 5 but our waitress just seemed like she didn't care. Ordered the two different types of calzones and they were scrumptious. The Bellini is a bit on the small side and the passion fruit Martini had a good amount of booze. Yummy all round.

Good variety of food on the menu. More than just pizza and pasta. Our new favourite family restaurant.

Awful an embarrassment to the chain. Rude waitress, had to follow her to till point, waited ages after asking for the bill. Walked downstairs to till and was surrounded by staff thinking we were going to leave without paying. Food mediocre and atmosphere bad. Why employ a waitress who lacks customer service skills. Mentioned this upon paying and another waitress didn't seem bothered. Other restaurants nearby, will never go to a Prezzo again.
