Service has gone downhill lately. We were told upon arrival the wait for food was 40 minutes which on a Saturday evening was fine, but we were then pointed to a table and told to go and sit down and our order would be taken. 30 minutes later and noone had been over to even take a drinks order. I had to call a different server over to have our order taken. The other servers were all too busy aimlessly walking around and cleaning clean, empty tables. There are a couple of great servers here that have to pick up the slack everyone else is leaving behind and unfortunately leads to a less than pleasant experience for all. We saw multiple people experience the same thing too, but they decided to leave, and most people who walked through the door were ignored
Very bad experience, extremely short staffed and we waited nearly 20 minutes to be served for drinks, in the meantime 2 other parties came in after us and they were served ahead of us. Upon questioning the waitress she gave us attitude in the way she spoke to us, saying she was on her own and having to do everything.nDidn’t like the way we were spoken to so we left and went elsewhere and had a lovely meal.nNot a good experience
We had a lovely waitress named Sash who served us with a lovely positive attitude. Lovely new addition to Walton - Wagamama’s always a hit!
Poor experience today. We went for a celebratory meal but felt let down by service and chaotic atmosphere. Wasn’t busy but ridiculous waits for a table, to place orders and for food. Really let us down today and won’t be coming back.
Horrific food. Ramen had literally NO broth in it! Had I wanted some dry noodles, I would order exactly that and not ramen. Honey chicken was greasy weird mess with no texture or taste apart from dripping fat. Picked veggies were made of scraps it seems. Save your money.
