This is the best place to buy a kebab in Walton. Lots of fresh ingredients, fantastic chili sauce and service with a smile - always! Great value too. Recommended.Food: 5/5
i spent probably an hour trying to find somewhere decent to eat and then read yr reviews and thought id try for myself! what a disappointment! i was not impressed that u neglected to ask what salad i like so i had red cabbage which i dislike but no onion which i love! i would say that u serve more salad than meat! i also thought it lacked flavour from other kebab shops i have frequented. i also thought it was pricey for the quality!!

Always great food here! Staff always remember their customers too! I hadn't been in there for 2 years+ and they still remembered me!
Not good at all straight out of the doner pot cold and fatty as for the salad limp and watery never mind.
Ordered meat and chips. Very expensive for what it is and the chicken meat was horrible. Dried out and almost like it was shredded not cut. Will not be going back again.
Food was ok, but the hygiene is very bad!!! The guy was touching his nose and mouth and then touch the food straight after... The other man had bleeding hand and serving food like that. I had no appetite after that. I think it's basic thing to wash your hands after touching your face or handle money, before you touch food again.
We did order lamb shish and they give us beef shish very little and poor quality too not happy for what I paid and never order from them again. Very disappointed
My sons and I loved the fish and chips, and the scampi. The chips were so crispy, we couldn't stop eating. Also, the food didn't taste like oil which is sometimes hard to find. Thank you.Food: 5/5
I've only lived in Walton for a couple of years now and had a kebab from Charcoal a few times but only just thought of leaving a review. I think it's fair to say that when it comes to takeaway kebabs, they are either awful food not fit for an animal, or bloody great food that would satisfy the most uppity of food snobs. There is no middle ground. Charcoal Grill is most certainly the latter. I have ordered from Charcoal Grill both in person and for delivery and every time, the food has been hot, tasty, tender and delicious. You can leave your kebab snobbery at the door because the food from this restaurant is top notch anytime. Aside from the food, the staff themselves are all a really nice bunch of blokes. Always friendly, always a laugh and always professional. These guys take the place one step beyond just good food and make it an enjoyable experience all round. All in all, no matter what walk of life you're from, whether you're a middle-class professional couple at a loose end for dinner or a lager lout at 2am on a Friday night, this is the place for a really good, decently priced, authentic meal.
