The food and the atmosphere are similar to normal McDonald's. Compared to the worst New Malden McDonald's, it's a great McDonald's. Besides, I left my bag here, and when I went to pick it up after 6 hours, they kept it well and handed it to me. Thank you again. Overall, the staff is very friendly.
Very clean and friendly staff. Good COVID-19 protocol in place. I felt safe. However the food could be better presented. A lot of visible oil on the breakfast sandwich.nUnfortunately, my friend and I found out very hard to find a clean table while the cleaner looked on. Eventually we sat and flicked crumbs off the chair.
When fast food is not fast. Tried to get served although the fact there was no coffee on sale was causing a queue put my order in double sausage and egg meal. It looks like a massive order somehow came in just before me one double and sausage and egg could not be spared had to get refund as running for a bus. Still less calorie intake for the day and saved me money I guess. Give the small order an item and get me out the door would have been a better approach.
This branch is incapable of getting an order right. The food is always cold. The orders are always incomplete. We’ve had food swimming in coke that literally had to go straight in the bin, food covered in ice cream, wrong dips, no dips, wrong food, a ranch burger with with sauce the size of a pea and slimy lettuce and one of the managers making the excuse we’re so busy, don’t take the orders if you can’t complete them properly then!
Food is okay but this place is incredibly slow. Seem to get online orders out really quick! Saw plenty of them piling up. Shame they can't provide the same service for eat in and takeaway.
