Wow ... me and my partner have visited a few wagammma's and thoroughly enjoyed but the service we had off Erica in Bridgend was out of this world.. it is so nice to receive such good Customer Service.... we always stick to the same meal but having spoke to Erica she explained each dish on the menu... we will be coming back to Wagamama Bridgend but would like everyone to be like Erica..... five star service from Erica 😁😁😁

Beautiful! Food came out really quick and the pork was a must have, absolutely delicious. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and offered my brother a free dessert when he had a pretty plain meal of his own accord, so thoughtful and unexpected! She, who I assume was the manager seemed like she really wanted us to get the best out of our experience, lovely, atmosphere was great, hardly noticed anyone else!

I went with a group of people, the majority of whom had never been to a Wagamama restaurant before. Despite it being a very busy night we were seated very quickly. We were served by Britany and throughout the night she went above and beyond to ensure we were having an amazing time. She explained the menu and the way that food is brought out in the restauraunt to help us decide what to get. She recommended what I believe to be the best desert of my life and was a generally likable and approachable person, joking around with us and being extremely helpful. Britany is genuinely​ the reason we had an amazing night (along with the delicious food of course!) and would definitely come again. Thank you very much!

1st visit to Wagamama’s. Lovely restaurant but very busy (Saturday evening at 8pm which was obviously understandable). Staff were great and very helpful in understanding menu. Food was tasty if a little expensive
