Visited the other day and decided to try out Chopstix. The food was ok, everything I selected had just been cooked so was fresh and tasted quite nice. Only issue I had was the attitude of staff; they were very rude. It was my first time eating here so wasn't fully aware of the options so asked the woman serving me who rolled her eyes and said 'just look'. Even the staff working there seemed to be giving one another attitude and they then got confused at the till as 3 members of staff were serving at once. Would I recommend? Only if the other food outlets have longer queues.

Food was rubbish. Regularly visit chopstix in Cardiff the quality of food never fails me. The Bridgend factory outlet one is totally rubbish. Felt so bad to waste my money there. Will never visit again.

Stopped by here today after catching a film and thought it was very good. £5.50 gets you a 'small' box of noodles (or rice) and you get a choice of one of many different types of chicken on the top. I've tried a couple of different flavours and they're all very nice. The portions are good, the service is great, the food is prepared freshly in front of you and I think it offers very good value for money if you're in the area and feeling hungry.

Absolutely disgusting food, wouldn't give it 1 star if that was an option. The sauce tastes like powder and the chicken balls have virtually no chicken. I felt sick at the thought of eating more half way through so binned it. Avoid.
