Find this Pharmacy very helpful a big shout out to the dude with long hair sorry didnt get your name . Great way with customers especially the stressed old lady who yet again had been given the wrong information by 111 !!! . Usually you can get parked in the Uplands car park takes a few attempts but compared to Tunbridge Wells its a breeze

They have absolutely no respect for your time. Zero sense of urgency when people are in need. Worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. So bad I'm looking into getting my prescriptions delivered as they simply cannot be relied on.nEDIT - now they have started overcharging me for my prescriptions!! Beware of this!!
What a great pharmacy with excellent staff that provide after care when prescribed new medication. Thank you for caring.
On several occasions we have had to seek advice from the pharmacist and he has always been extremely generous with his time and his expertise has proved invaluable. All the staff are incredibly helpful - a great local pharmacy!
